We help you turn your expertise into a story that resonates and inspires action. Not through quick fixes, but by building lasting skills.
A different approach.
Focus on skills not tricks
Too often, training focuses on "handy" tricks: a "convincing posture," a "powerful intonation," or a "strategic pause." These quick fixes seem appealing but have limited practical impact.
Persuasiveness and influencing skills begin with the content. They begin with sharpening your ideas, strategically choosing arguments, and accurately reading your conversation partner/audience. Only when this is right is there room to explore techniques that further strengthen your message.
Trainers should not only understand skills but master them
You can immediately recognize when a trainer can explain something but isn't able to directly apply that theory to the issue you're facing. At To the Point, we believe you can only effectively teach a skill if you've truly mastered it yourself. Our trainers aren't theoreticians, but experienced speakers who have debated at the highest levels worldwide. They know firsthand what works and what doesn't – and you'll see that in our training courses.
Learning objectives are leading, not the program
A fixed program with a strict script? That's not our style. Every group and every participant has different questions, challenges, and learning goals. That's why we always tailor our training to the needs of each individual.
Sometimes that means we change the plan mid-training because something else is more important at that moment. This way, you don't get a standard story, but precisely the insights and exercises that will make the difference for you.
Our trainers met each other during (inter)national debate tournaments at the highest level. What began as a challenging hobby grew into a professional passion: helping professionals strengthen their persuasive and influencing skills.
