Analytical skills
After this training you will be able to:
Thoroughly analyze positions and convincingly substantiate them
Organize information effectively and assess its relevance
Ask critical questions, answer sharply and understand reasoning
The core of the training
By working on your analytical skills, you'll learn to think faster and more critically. It becomes easier to structure your thoughts, you'll absorb information more quickly, you'll be able to argue clearly, and you'll be able to question others critically. These are skills that are crucial for every professional. People with strong analytical skills are often valued within teams for their ability to maintain an overview, set priorities, and make complex information understandable to everyone. The good news is that analytical skills aren't a talent, but a skill you can develop.

This training is for you if you:
Overview wants to learn how to create solutions for complex issues
Want to learn to thoroughly substantiate arguments
Want to train critical listening skills
Want to learn to separate the main and secondary issues more quickly
Het To the Point RAS-framework
One of the reasons many people find it difficult to independently develop their analytical skills is because it's not a single skill: it's an umbrella term for dozens of subskills. Think of skills like separating the main issues from the less important, making a clear problem analysis, but also critical listening and probing questions.
To prevent you from getting bogged down in a tangle of concepts, we've developed the RAS framework. This framework helps you put all the subskills into perspective: which areas do you still need to improve, and how do the various skills relate to each other?
Plan
Throughout the program, we rapidly alternate between theory and practice. Since the focus is on improving skills, it's important to apply the acquired knowledge as much as possible and to receive feedback from both our coaches and your fellow students. The program below is intended to give you an idea of what to expect. In practice, coaches often deviate from this if it turns out it better suits your individual learning goals. To ensure the program is as tailored as possible, we ask you to complete a short intake two weeks in advance. There's usually about two weeks between day 1 and day 2. Between sessions, you'll receive concrete exercises that you can do at work to continue developing your analytical skills outside of the sessions.
